Special features of the design Ham Karst Stone RD (handmade) :
Metal part: stainless steel (Inox), polished to a high gloss.
Base: made of ham-shaped karst stone - 40 mm thick. This gives it weight, and therefore rigidity and stability during cutting. The stone is hand-worked, with rounded and polished edges.
- The stands with hammered base have an INOX hanger at the end, which serves to hang the stand on the wall as a decoration or for harvesting.
- Set (2 knives): ham knife and knife for trimming and cleaning ham. POM handle (high quality plastic handle - suitable and non-sensitive even when dishwasher safe)
