The difference between the basic model with plastic end plugs and the model marked "gloss" is in the metal part, which in both cases is polished stainless steel, except that in the gloss model it is additionally polished to a high gloss and the end plugs are INOX!
The shape of the base is a compromise between stability, practicality and price, while the roundness gives it a contemporary, modern and eye-catching look.
Special features of ELIPSA Carrstone - gloss: Base: polished karst stone (Repen quarry) - 30 mm thick. This gives it weight, and therefore rigidity and stability during cutting. Metal part: stainless steel (Inox), polished to a high gloss.
