What should I look for when choosing a good stand?
Special features of our ham racks - TEN:
- the quality of the materials chosen/used, the workmanship of the parts, the machining and the assembly;
- easy clamping and un-clamping is ensured by a stepless clamping mechanism with a release button;
- just squeeze and it's there - automatic retention, just press the button with your finger to flush;
- for a firm grip, the specially shaped clamping arms and the 16 teeth are correctly arranged;
- 8 teeth angled upwards and the other 8 angled downwards;
- prevent the ham from moving and wobbling during slicing, giving you maximum control over the thickness, shape and size of the slice. With the help of a good, sharp , of course ;
- a special tooth shape that does not damage the ham deep down and holds well even where the skin is hard and even behind the bone;
- Stability is provided by - the weight of the base and the three rubber feet (we tried several different combinations, this one proved to be the best) - the rubber feet are made of a special rubber that doesn't leave marks on the table or tablecloth!
- the central positioning of the support pillars and the movement of the two arms allows the ham to be clamped in the centre of gravity, which further increases stability;
- durability is ensured by the excellent materials of the bases combined with the stainless metal clamping arms;
