Special features of the Beech NATUR model: Metal part: - Stainless steel (Inox), polished. The teeth are shaped to ensure a firm grip and at the same time do not damage the ham deep down, as happens with conventional nail racks. Base: solid beech wood with rounded edges, which gives it weight and thus rigidity and stability when cutting.
- The 4cm thickness of the beech plywood ensures a higher weight of the base, the surface is unprotected - unvarnished!
- There are three rubber feet under the base to prevent slipping and leave no marks!
