Special features of the Beech Gloss model: Metal part: stainless steel (Inox), additionally polished to a high gloss. The teeth are designed to ensure a firm grip while not damaging the ham deep down, as happens with conventional nail racks. Base: - solid beech wood with rounded edges, which gives it weight and thus rigidity and stability when cutting.
  • The 4cm thick beech plywood gives the base a greater weight and the surface is protected with a high-quality lacquer.
  • Underneath the base there are three rubber feet to prevent slipping and leave no marks!
